A large nature cleaned and foraged rabbit skull, containing natural damage and staining, sits on a forest floor base of preserved soil, mosses, and ferns with hand sculpted and painted mushrooms. A large preserved warrior beetle, also with natural damage such as missing leg, perches on the skull. A thick glass dome covers the display and sits on a black cork base.
